This policy explains what information this website handles and why. It is run by Beinol(“we”). It sits beside the Terms of use and the NAQSHE licence.

We do not ask for your name, email or any other personal details to use the site, and we do not sell, rent or share information about you.

When you mint, transfer or draw a NAQSHE, your wallet sends a transaction to Ethereum. Your address, the transaction and the NAQSHE you hold become part of the public blockchain, readable by anyone, forever. The site shows this public record, on the collectors page, the ledger and each NAQSHE's provenance, but it does not create it, and neither we nor anyone else can delete it.

An address is not a name, but it can be linked to you, for example through an ENS name you have set or an exchange you have used. Use a wallet you are comfortable having seen.

• Sign-in cookies: when you verify your wallet, the site sets a cookie holding your address, the network and when the sign-in ends, signed so it cannot be forged. It lasts seven days or until you sign out. A second cookie holds the one-time code you sign, for ten minutes. Nothing from the sign-in is stored on our server.
• Your browser's storage: your theme, the views and panels you choose, and the seeds you save are kept in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device.
• Downloads: the PNG, SVG and zip files are drawn in your browser from the contract's bytes. They are not uploaded anywhere.

We use no tracking cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or fingerprinting.

To work, the site talks to a few third parties, which see what any website sees, such as your IP address and the request, under their own privacy policies:

• Ethereum nodes (RPC providers): your browser asks them for the contract's data, balances, ENS names and transaction status. Our server asks them for the gallery and the ledger.
• Your wallet, and WalletConnect if you connect through it, which relays messages between this site and your wallet app.
• Our hosting provider, which keeps short-lived server logs, such as IP address, time and page requested, to run and protect the site.

Links to explorers, marketplaces and social sites take you to services with their own policies.

• You can browse every NAQSHE without connecting a wallet.
• Disconnecting from the wallet menu signs you out and removes the sign-in cookie.
• Clearing this site's data in your browser removes everything it stored there.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data held about you. As we hold none beyond the cookies above, there is usually nothing for us to return, but you are welcome to ask. We cannot change or remove anything recorded on the blockchain.

The site is not meant for children under 18.
