Terms of use

These terms apply to this website and to its interface for the RugBmp smart contract. They are an agreement between you and Beinol (“we”). By using the site, or by minting or holding a NAQSHE through it, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and at least 18. You may not use the site if you are subject to sanctions, or where using it would break the law that applies to you.

02

What we provide

The site is a window onto a public blockchain. It reads the contract, shows the NAQSHE, and helps you prepare transactions that your own wallet signs and sends. The contract itself is autonomous code on Ethereum: once deployed, nobody, including us, can change how it draws NAQSHE or stop it from running.

The Rug and NAQSHE views, and the downloads, are renderings this site draws in your browser from the contract's bytes. The token's official image is the bitmap the contract returns.

We may change, pause or retire the website at any time. The contract and your NAQSHE do not depend on it: they remain readable through any Ethereum node, explorer or marketplace.

03

Wallets and transactions

  • We never hold your keys, funds or NAQSHE. Your wallet is provided by a third party and is your responsibility, including keeping your recovery phrase safe.
  • Transactions on Ethereum are final. We cannot reverse a mint or a transfer, recover a lost wallet, or refund the price or gas.
  • Network fees (gas) are set by the network, not by us, and are paid even when a transaction fails.
  • Testnet NAQSHE (for example on Sepolia) are for testing. They have no value and may be reset.
  • You are responsible for any taxes due on your transactions.

04

Risks

By using the site you accept the risks that come with blockchain software, including:

  • bugs or vulnerabilities in the contract, the site, wallets or the network;
  • network congestion, high fees, forks or changes to Ethereum itself;
  • RPC providers, explorers or marketplaces being unavailable or showing incorrect data;
  • changes in law or regulation that affect digital assets where you live.

A NAQSHE is a digital artwork, not an investment. We make no promise of value, liquidity or future development, and nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice.

05

Your conduct

When using the site you agree not to:

  • break any law, or use the site to launder money or evade sanctions;
  • attack, overload, scrape at harmful volume or try to break the site or the services it relies on;
  • pass yourself off as us, or present this collection as made or endorsed by someone else;
  • use the NAQSHE or the name in ways that are hateful, deceptive or infringe others' rights.

06

Disclaimers and liability

The site and the contract are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of funds, tokens, data or profits arising from your use of the site, the contract, a wallet or the network. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to mint in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

07

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; using the site after a change means you accept it. Changes do not reduce the licence for NAQSHE already minted.

For questions, notices or claims that something here infringes your rights, contact us through naqshe@beinol.xyz.
